U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders US$99+. For orders under US$99, standard shipping fee is US$8. Most orders take 1 - 2 business days to process and will take 2 - 4 business days to arrive. Express shipping is also available at US$12 and will be fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail Service.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer.

Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking information. Please ensure to add ClientCare@louielavelle.com to your address book. Occasionally, there may be order processing delays due to high order volumes. If you do not receive tracking information after 3 business days, please contact us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer complimentary standard international shipping on order US$249+. For orders under US$249, shipping fee will be calculated during checkout. Express shipping is available through UPS.

Most orders take 1 - 2 business days to process. Average transit time for standard shipping to destination is 6 - 12 business days. Shipping costs and transit times are controlled by carriers and may vary depending on situation. Custom and tariff fee or import duty may be imposed depending on your country's regulations.
